Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access another tenant's data.
- Don't probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service except as part of a coordinated disclosure.
- Don't use the service to send spam, unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the service without a written agreement.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate refunds for unused time unless required by law. Dues collected on behalf of an HOA are routed to that HOA's connected Stripe account, less the platform fee disclosed at checkout.
HOA content ownership
Each HOA retains ownership of the content it stores in its tenant (announcements, documents, member lists, etc.). We process this content as a service provider on the HOA's instruction.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee unless one is documented in a separate written agreement. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. Upon termination we'll provide a reasonable opportunity to export your tenant's data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
